About Us
100 Years of Leaders Who Mean Business.
Since 1926, the Oregon Executives Association has been Portland’s most enduring executive networking organization — built not on casual connections, but on the kind of deep, trust-based relationships that move businesses forward. We’ve grown and evolved alongside Portland’s business community for a century, and the best is still ahead.
OEA members are business owners and senior decision-makers from some of the region’s most respected companies. Every week, they gather for energetic luncheon meetings at the Moda Center — exchanging referrals, sharing insights, and doing real business with people they know and trust. Add in networking socials, special events, and a centennial celebration year, and membership means there’s always something worth showing up for.
As part of the International Executives Association, OEA members also tap into a network of more than 6,000 member firms across the United States and Canada — extending opportunity well beyond Portland city limits.
Mission
To promote the economic health and profitability of member firms through the exchange of business information and mutual business between association members. Our values demand quality and integrity in the products and services marketed by our members.
Core Values
Trust, Professionalism, Mutual Respect
Objectives of the Oregon Executives Association
- Foster meaningful business exchange by providing a trusted structure for sharing referrals, insights, and opportunities among members.
- Promote member businesses by increasing visibility and support for the products and services offered within the Association.
- Strengthen collaboration and business growth through purposeful relationships, shared expertise, and cooperative business practices that enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Support member success and community engagement by sponsoring programs, events, and activities that elevate both the Association and its members.
Membership by Invitation. Earned by Excellence.
Joining OEA isn’t automatic — and that’s the point. Prospective members go through a thoughtful screening process that includes an on-site visit and a board interview. We’re looking for business owners and senior leaders who share our commitment to professionalism, integrity, and doing business the right way.
When a company earns membership, it’s a genuine distinction. It means they’ve been recognized by their peers as one of Portland’s high-caliber businesses — and welcomed into a community that will show up for them.
Curious whether your category is available? Business owners and senior leaders are welcome to attend a luncheon as our guest. Start the conversation today.
