OEA members are successful business owners, executives, and senior managers from highly regarded companies across the Portland metro area. Membership is exclusive: only one representative per business category is accepted, ensuring members aren’t competing with each other — they’re collaborating.

Members gather every Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moda Center (1 Center Court, Portland, OR). Meetings are held in the Private Dining Room unless otherwise noted. Free parking is available in the Garden Garage.

OEA exists to help member businesses grow through trusted relationships, active referrals, and the open exchange of information and expertise. Members don’t just network — they build genuine friendships and long-term business partnerships with people who are genuinely invested in their success.

The application fee is $300.00. Association dues and luncheon fees are $400 per quarter.

OEA is a proud member of the International Executives Association (IEA), a global network connecting executive associations and their members across the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Africa. Nearby associations include chapters in Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, and Eugene, as well as Vancouver, Victoria, Nanaimo, and Fraser Valley in British Columbia — expanding your network far beyond Portland.
