About Leo:
Leo Katz is the District Manager of the Portland, OR office, servicing the Portland Metro area. Leo grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and received a BS in Communications from Allegheny College. After graduation, Leo spent several years with the Forest Service throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. He moved to Portland in 2019, where he earned a master’s degree from Portland State University focusing on urban forestry and local government. Leo’s background in conservation is reflected in the passion he brings to his clients, employees, and the urban canopy he serves.
Leo is an ISA Certified Arborist, Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ), Certified Tree Safety Professional (CTSP), and has an Oregon Landscape Contractors Board (LCB) license.
